Horrible experience at the Walmart in Wadsworth tonight...my husband and I went grocery shopping and my husband decided to also get a 6 pack of beer. At the register, we were told he couldn't get the beer even though he was paying for it, because his pregnant also of age wife (me) didn't have her ID on her. It didn't matter that my husband is 27 years old and paying for himself to have some beer. All that mattered is that I was with him and I didn't have my ID on me. I too am old enough to buy alcohol, but didn't even think that would be an issue becuase 1. my husband is old enough to buy beer, 2. he was paying 3. we are married and I can't even drink because I'm pregnant. The store gave us an alternative (or I like to say, a way to "get around their policy") They told us we had to shop in separate lines from now on if I don't have my ID. That makes no sense. If I shop with my husband at the store, but we check out at different lines, there is no difference than us being in the
