Amir Foods, Inc. was established in 1993 by three brothers: Tony, Sam, and Butch Rassi. Their company supplies fresh foods such as assorted flavors of hummus, baba ghannouj, assorted flavors of pita chips, taboule, brown rice salad, chick pea salad, lentil salad, vegetarian stuffed grape leaves, and spinach pies. These foods are sold to grocery and health food stores throughout the Cleveland and Pittsburgh areas and in surrounding states.
